This is a continuation of the article: Purpose, way, meaning (of life).

There, I drew attention to general concepts (rules) of human behavior, and perhaps of all life: avoiding pain 👎 and striving for pleasure 👍. I call them "basic biological drivers" (I'm looking for a better name). Feeling pleasure can be immediate or in the so-called delayed gratification , when we allow the existence of temporary discomfort while expecting a reward in the future. Pleasure is also felt as a result of satisfying all instincts and needs, i.e. obtaining benefits.

• Epicureanism

Because I like maps and diagrams, I am looking for one that will explain in the simplest (reduced) way every potential human action, his basic motivations, goals and aspirations. And there you have it: the pain / pleasure rule works perfectly! The more I think about it and test it, the more I discover its validity.

The basic (biological?) definition of "good" and "bad" for an individual: does the creature feel (receive) pleasure, benefit, comfort or unpleasantness, pain, discomfort? Article: Pleasure-pain, benefit. 

We can distinguish layers of "individual" good and "general", collective good, let's consider its different aspects, points of view, perspectives:

• Do they go hand in hand or are they somehow separate?
• The goals and benefits of the individual and the goals and benefits of society and humanity as a whole,
• Imposing rules of conduct, ethics, morality, and laws on an individual by society,
• The sacrifice of an individual for an idea, family, tribe, herd, community, nation, the future of subsequent generations,
• The development of civilization and the well-being of humanity versus the consumption of the Earth's natural resources, environmental pollution and taking away the living space of plants and animals,
• The goals of Life as a whole, the existence and spread of DNA encased in various coatings on Earth and in the Universe,
• Death as suffering and as an essential element of the Wheel of Life,
• Sin as an element of social control by religions (oh, this deserves a separate article!),
• The development of man as a physical being and the reincarnation and development of spiritual beings (souls): article: Models of souls and incarnations,
• "The Highest Good" from the point of view of God Consciousness: Development through Experience, without dualism, every possibility is equivalent and permissible: article Purpose, way, meaning (of life).

According to Wikipedia: In the religion of Theosophy and the philosophical school called Anthroposophy, the Akashic Records are a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intentions that have ever occurred in the past, present or future regarding all beings and life forms, not just humans. Theosophists believe that the Akashic Records are encoded on a non-physical plane of existence known as the mental plane. I would call it an energy-information field, which is everywhere (and every time) around and inside us. Is that field of energy equal or has given rise of Consciousness and reality itself?

Akasha (ākāśa आकाश) is a Sanskrit word meaning "ether", "sky" or "atmosphere".

The roots of these Chronicles (this is the Polish translation) reach back to Eastern culture, but the concept itself was coined by European esotericists and occultists at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
