ESP (Extra-Sensory Perception): 
- "tele-pathy" (tele: distant and patheia: feeling): the most general and most popular term,
- "tele-vision": images "seen" in the mind, most common,
- "tele-hearing",
- "tele-sniffing",
- "tele-taste": why not?
- "tele-emotions"'
- "tele-sensing" in the body, etc.
= remote reception of broadly understood information (physical and non-physical) using all available senses. It may require a transition to an Altered State of Consciousness (but it does not have to be), e.g. meditation, trance, hypnosis, sleep, plant medicine, pharmaceutical medicine, etc.
I feel that all ESP skills are ultimately one and the same phenomenon. For the moment, I will categorize them in 2 ways relative to the timeline, I will give them labels with a different meaning than above:
- "telepathy" = remote reception of information, mainly in the present or in the past. It is easier or in other words: more easily confirmable,
- "precognition" = "clairvoyance" = remote reception of information (not only visual, contrary to the name), but coming from the future!
How do we know that ESP even exists? For the sake of VERIFICATION! Because the experiment or vision was successful. Because events took place in which we confirmed with our own eyes our aspirations, visions, impressions, dreams, feelings, forecasts, etc. Verification takes place AFTER the experiment takes place (according to the linear time scale).
But is it possible to receive information from the future about the moment of verification itself? For example, we are now reporting on a picture that we will see in physical reality only tomorrow. We describe it, draw it, wait 1 day: and it is confirmed! And at this very moment we change from "telepath" to "clairvoyant" 😋!
And the process of reporting an image "from the future", associated (intertwined: entanglement) with a defined future event, is called ARV (Associate Remote Viewing) and is one of the variations of the Remote Viewing method, or Remote Seeing (or rather perceiving).

Technical details:
The ARV process consists of several stages: tasking: selecting the appropriate pair of photos, remote viewing, judging the session, evaluating the results and making the final decision. It is best if the tasking and judging functions are separated from the remote viewing part and conducted by another person, because if the viewer sees photos of both possibilities, a kind of "result leakage" ("channel crosstalk") can occur. Only one winning photo should be presented to the viewer as feedback after the actual event has occurred.
