I present a report from the RV session on the topic: "What does the astral body do when the physical body of a person sleeps?" From the very beginning I have observed something like an orb or ball of consciousness traveling from one space to another, perhaps even materializing in "our" physical world through some form of telekinesis. It works like an automaton, probe or drone, but there are no entities or separate consciousness inside. You can't jump into it from the outside either, but from the inside you can freely observe the surroundings. The object sends information "to the other side", i.e. to its creator, separated by space/time/vibration. It now reminds me of a certain subgroup of UFOs/UAPs, which are seen as glowing orbs and are believed to be controlled telepathically: so maybe also through sleep? I also wonder if it is possible to design such a ball during an OBE or Lucid Dream and leave it in the target world, to later return for it and read the collected data.
Conclusions: the astral body of a human is not a separate consciousness, but is only its completely dependent component: an organ or energy. It cannot therefore be confused with the soul or spirit. It can separate during sleep and move to other areas/spaces/worlds, and in particular to the physical world and play the role of a probe collecting information.
BTW: "our physical reality exists in the sleeping mind of God, so we are his dream 😵!"

M (Monitor): ok, spherical object, with interesting properties, investigate and describe further, no interpretation, focus on further investigation of the properties and activities of this object,
- this trembling of the surface is some kind of physical function, an important feature, as if it "fitted" into physicality, into reality,
- copper color, shiny, metallic,
- shaking, vibrating, humming, low-frequency humming, maybe even infrasound,
- the object does not shine with its own light, but reflects light from the surroundings, like a mirror, but the image ripples,
- there are some effects happening around him: magnetic, electric, electromagnetic, such discharges, everything goes crazy,
M: ok now focus your attention on the entities and the energy layer associated with them,
- the ball travels, moves in space (spaces?), but it is only an object, there are no subjects inside. There is not even physicality inside (something like in this movie): the laws of physics break down on the surface of the ball, AOL: black hole,
- I want to touch the surface of the sphere, but I feel that if a person touches it physically, it will cease to exist, but the consciousness will somehow survive, maybe move?
- it's like jumping out of your body immediately and permanently, you remain conscious, have a 360° view etc.
- looking from the inside of the sphere, I see as if through a fisheye lens: such extended silhouettes of people who, like curious cats, are spinning around and wanting to touch the sphere, or rather I see cat snouts (muzzles), i.e. cat people, because they are humanoid silhouettes with cat heads!
M: what are the activities of this ball, i.e. where does it move, investigate different variants,
- it is like a probe, appearing in different places, on different worlds, planets. From the inside you can see everything around you, like in a 360° camera. It records activity, images, maybe sounds, but there is no one and nothing inside,
- the transmission must take place in a way other than electromagnetic or any other physical way known to humanity today,
- can appear and disappear, accelerate to enormous speeds, is not subject to physical limitations. Whoever sent it does not travel in it, can watch everything remotely, like a viewer, an observer,
M: ok, investigate what it is in nature and where it "starts".
- although I have a feeling of some autonomy, I don't feel a biological connection, maybe it chooses its own goals? Like an automaton? But who will watch it later?
- AOL: The "Ancients" ship from "Stargate Atlantis" movie: it's on autopilot, has a set route, but no one is on board. Maybe the creators are long gone, but their creation still exists? I have a sense of some large time scale, maybe millions of years, when biological civilizations disappear, but their autonomous creations continue to function,
- the object transmits information "subspace", but somewhere far away, certainly not in the near space environment,
- the object does not break down, or it repairs itself, so it is in a sense eternal. Although it has no mechanisms or devices,
M: ok, explore what the connection is with the man going to sleep. Remember, the obvious is probably not the answer. Feel it out if the man going to sleep is part of the equation.
- is it possible to create this object by the power of mind/thought? Because then the sleeping subject could bring it into existence?
- the ball is something outside of physical reality, so some telekinesis would fit, but it's not a regular OBE or sending of consciousness in a dream. I see this ball, it has some form, shape, texture,
M: don't assume or reject anything,
- I will examine the relationship between me and the sphere in a dream: when I sleep, I travel with my consciousness, I move personally. The sphere, on the other hand, moves independently of me, like a probe or a drone, it flies "forward" or "in front of me", i.e. in front of my consciousness,
- when I enter this ball, I see everything from inside, as if in a lens, hence the enlarged cat muzzles and noses smelling the ball; sniff, sniff,
- if the cat's head is big, then this ball must be a small ball,
- during Lucid Dream I could design such a ball and send it somewhere like a probe. I wonder if it would survive beyond my dream? If I wake up, will it still collect data? And will I be able to return to it later the next time? This is interesting because the world in a dream is an artificial world. Maybe the ball can cross borders?
M: this sphere and such spheres already exist - where do they come from? what calls them to this existence and operation in this form?
- feeling of antiquity: I don't feel like people living today are doing this. Maybe the creators are long gone? Only their works remain? I've already written that.
- when I do "reverse engineering", i.e. I penetrate the sphere from the outside (from us) to the inside, I do not reach anyone/anything: there is nothing on the other side, as if the sender no longer existed, but the information continues to flow,
- you can only look from the inside out, I can't even see anything the other way. As if I were sinking into a point, as if I was floating backwards (against) time. The arrow of time, there is some limitation, but also a functional use of the phenomenon,
M: the process we are studying applies to every human being, but there are many unknowns about this activity, study them,
- sleep creates new artificial temporary worlds, thoughts create worlds, but they disappear in a moment,
- haha: our reality exists in the sleeping mind of God, we are his dream!
- but can every person penetrate the dream barrier? From their own dream space to the physical world?
M: It doesn't necessarily have to be just about dreams
- would have to break through the bubble of the artificial dream world, created from its own symbols. Lucid Dream and conscious will would be needed,
M: focus also on what it does, what it penetrates, on that part of the person that is the target of the study
- I can send my consciousness in the form of a ball and leave the body. But then I will have a sense of the whole process. Some kind of deep meditation of a yogi in a cave or something. Remote Viewing is a primitive form of this,
