It is difficult to estimate whether this entity has anything in common with the Designers or is a completely separate entity.

I met the creature visible in the music video, for example, during the session on October 20, 2021 "The influence of the Sun on changes on Earth". He reminded me of Balrog then, but now I recognize him as Hellboy.

This entity is associated with the barrier, the network around the Earth.
