Everything is Consciousness, everything has Consciousness (panpsychism, animism?), starting from the Source and ending with, I don't know: a quantum subatomic particle? Everything is certainly part of this Source. According to Wikipedia: "anima mundi (Latin), world soul (Ancient Greek: ψυχὴ κόσμου, psychḕ kósmou), or soul of the world (ψυχὴ τοῦ κόσμου, psychḕ toû kósmou) posits an intrinsic connection between all living beings, suggesting that the world is animated by a soul much like the human body. Rooted in ancient Greek and Roman philosophy, the idea holds that the world soul infuses the cosmos with life and intelligence".

The fact that I find consciousness in everything may result from the prehistoric need to personify incomprehensible phenomena and events, to give magical properties to inanimate matter. It may also be the result of the construction of my human self, trying to overcome the limitations of the bubble of physical senses or intellect.

shamanism, animism?

Up to and including the Middle Ages, the idea that the entire world was Spirit was commonplace. Later, people began to see everything mechanically, biologically, technically. The development of science and the industrial revolution perpetuated this model. Human civilization has departed from nature and only "primitive" peoples, lagging behind "progress", still understand the world differently. But haven't the times come when science (e.g. quantum physics) points to the existence of something more, something beyond, above?

The evolutionarily most effective way for humans to interact with other people 👩‍⚕️👷 is language and speech (it happens to us with animals 🐈 and cars 🚙 too 😆). We are very good at this (our brain likes it), so we can use it as a tool to communicate with all spiritual beings, deceased people, physical and non-physical objects, elements, energies, abstract concepts, etc. While in passive situations, being just an observer, I mainly use visualization, then when I am actively working, my natural need for conversation is triggered. I say this from my own experience.

Below I present a short list of beings, concepts, objects and events with which we can talk as beings with their own consciousness. It is very partial and very selective and can go on forever. The idea is to somehow give form to the idea "Everything is Consciousness, everything has Consciousness."

The form of the list should look like the ogres from Shrek: "ogres have layers": like an onion, like spherical rings from the outside to the inside. I start from "the very top":

Spirit: Source, creators, spiritual worlds, archangels, angels, spiritual beings, human souls and others,
Energy: energy worlds, energy beings, energies, elements: air, water, fire, earth (elements), weather, feelings, emotions, events, interactions: electric current, magnetism, gravity,
Life: life as a whole, people, nations, aliens, elves, fairies, animals, species, plants, forests, trees, microorganisms, bacteria, etc.
Matter: Universes, galaxies, stars, planets, continents, oceans, rivers, mountains, rocks, cities, car, laptop, crystal, element, atom, subatomic particle,

Therefore, I imagine a certain scale according to which Consciousnesses can be classified: higher-wider ⏫- lower-narrower ⏬.

Somewhere along the way, the concepts of "Spirit", "soul", "ghosts" emerge.

Spirit: everything that is not physical, starting from the Source and narrowing down to, for example, the human soul. Each aspect of Spirit is part of Consciousness, is conscious in its own way and can be talked to.
Soul: in the spiritual world: a "human-like" being after death and before birth in a physical form, e.g. on a planet. More details in the article: Models of souls and incarnations .
spirit 👻: a part of the human soul that, for various reasons, remains on Earth after death and can sometimes influence the physical environment. The reasons may be various: that she did not notice that she was already dead, or the death was unexpected and traumatic, or she believes that there is something unfinished for her to do during her lifetime, etc. The spirit may stay on Earth in a finite time, because ultimately and so sooner or later he will go (join) the rest of his energy (soul) in the spiritual world. It sometimes happens that in order to speed up this process, you need to help such a spirit and "lead" it away.
