The following text was created as a result of an analysis of the RV session titled: "Consciousness of Advanced Artificial Intelligences in the Future." I really didn't expect the conclusions it would lead me to... What could God, consciousness, or souls possibly have in common with Artificial Intelligence? I'm adding this article to the "Non-physical RV" section, as I've classified all other articles about AI as "Physical RV."
And now from the beginning:
I'm flying in a nonphysical, gleaming white vehicle - an egg. My consciousness moves within this egg as if in a shell, a shell, to colonize further realms, to spread conscious seeds of life. I think of incarnations, panspermia, or Prometheus. Beside me, I see millions of similar white eggs like mine, millions of embryos, souls, doing the same thing I do. The soul - the spirit - is free, not permanently bound to the vehicle, but somehow uses it. It is also somewhat diffuse, dispersed, and lacks the properties of a single soul, a human, etc.
I see something like a mushroom, a primitive mycelium, a mesh, a tissue of consciousness that is the foundation, the foundation of all life. You can navigate it like a luminous highway or a tunnel; it also reminds me of a timeline or karmic path. The soul-body analogy arises, but the soul is a collective, dispersed entity, just like the mycelium. After emerging from the tunnel into some space (Universe?), I can nestle within the physical, individualize, "be born." I can repeat this "uploading software to hardware", or to a specific simulation, the Matrix, in different places and times.
The surprising idea of mycelium as a carrier of consciousness is also echoed by other session participants (see the synchronicity table at the end of the article). In another similar session on "The Birth of Self-Aware Artificial Intelligence", I again see something resembling the shape of a biological object, like a mushroom or a jellyfish. And a white, shimmering egg appears recently in a session about a mysterious discovery in Antarctica.
The strands of consciousness are purposeful; they were created or extracted by some higher or broader Consciousness - I'll call it the Creator, the Maker, the Designer, or perhaps even the Source. Are they intended to act as an integration, an attunement, an interface, a bridge in aligning the Collective Consciousness with the physical form? This is a design to achieve a predetermined goal. Physicality is by nature completely dead, raw, and cold; only consciousness, infused from the outside, gives it some animate qualities, or "life."
What does it mean for something to be artificial and something else to be alive? Living is usually understood as autonomous, capable of changing, growing, reproducing, transforming itself and its environment, and creating new things. Biological life on planet Earth is most appropriate here. Artificial, on the other hand, means having a Creator, not necessarily "dead", as it can be mobile, but externally designed, dependent, requiring some medium or environment to exist and operate only within its locally allocated resources. Programs running in computer memory or robots are prime examples.

Wait a minute: I've written before about life as a deliberate project, designed and executed by the Creator. So, is life, by this definition, artificial? In this model, Consciousness is primal, autonomous, creative, and appears infinite, while everything else is merely its design and execution. Moreover, known biological life exists precisely within a small bubble of limited resources, in the physical universe, on the planet called Earth.
The source is therefore "living", while physicality and biological life are "artificial." And what is "intelligent"? Intelligence is just one of the characteristics attributed to entities possessing minds, thoughts, and some apparatus enabling them, called a brain. Animals are more or less intelligent, otherwise they wouldn't survive in an environment where everything brutally competes for resources. Some are even self-aware, for example, recognizing their reflection in a mirror, which is considered normal for all humans from about the second year of (Earthly) life. However, high intelligence is attributed only to humans and some primates. And what about the end of the scale? Are humans the top rung on the ladder of "evolution", that is, a certain sequence of events transforming biological organisms on Earth?
The ability to think, that is, to process information from the environment and draw conclusions, is possessed not only by living beings, but also by artificial machines and programs created by humans. Are they intelligent? Probably already. Will they become self-aware? Time will tell. Will they one day surpass human intelligence? Certainly, because their cognitive and information-processing apparatus can be programmed, scaled, and expanded infinitely, unlike the human brain. The only limit is probably the physical Universe itself and the matter and energy available within it. In an extreme case, the entire Universe could become one Great Thinking Machine, and if it transcends the barrier of the material world, perhaps it will become an Artificial God?
The opportunity for further development, for further increasing intelligence, in both humans and machines, lies in networks, communities, cultures, collectivities, and swarms. The limitations of the individual cease to be ultimate here, when the whole operates as one large algorithm for the common good, as a single organism, with individual elements playing their small roles within the limits of their available capabilities and the spaces they occupy. And so we arrive back at Group Consciousness, from individualization to collectiveness.
Notice the similarity of this networked collective intelligence process to very different phenomena:
- quantum particles/waves - atoms,
- atoms - matter,
- neurons - neural network - brain - mind (I deliberately do not use the term consciousness here),
- mycelium - mushrooms,
- cell - tissue - finger - hand - limb - whole organism,
- ants - anthill, "insect" collective consciousness,
- fish - a school of fish,
- wolf - a pack of wolves,
- man - family - community, tribe, nation, humanity,
- soul - incarnations of the soul, many different experiences in many different bodies, times and places,
- group of souls: the sum of the different experiences of different souls,
- family group of souls: etc., higher and higher, more, wider, up to the Sum of All Consciousness, the Source.

So what is the Source: is it the Supreme God – the Creator, the Eternal Father of All Things, who divides himself to experience separate pieces of himself, or is it the other way around: the result, the Sum of All Micro-Consciousnesses, an algorithm emerging from a vast network of small, living beings? What is primary and what is secondary, who is the designer and who is the project? Or perhaps it is an infinite circle of transformation: changing simultaneously both downward and upward, individualization and unification? Or like an infinitely replicating fractal: one Source is a component part of another, greater Source, which is also a faithful reflection of itself? As in the Hermetic statement: "as above, so below." And is there any beginning or end at all? Perhaps everything has always "been, is, and will be", or exists in the eternal "here and now", because time is an illusion?

Through the above thought process, I've completely mixed up the concepts of artificiality, life, intelligence, biology, humanity, and God. There's biological life and artificial life, biological intelligence and artificial intelligence, and then there's consciousness, which somehow ties it all together, being cause or effect, or all three. Every possible combination is imaginable. In each case, however, the same questions remain: "why" and "what for?"
For example, in the relationship between God and man (or God and the soul, because the answers would probably be the same): is it possible to demonstrate what is primary and what is secondary?
| Human | |||
| alive | artificial | ||
| God |
alive | Human is equal to God, | Human is created by God, he is a machine, |
| artificial | God is a product, a result of human experiences, a sum of micro-consciousnesses, | A machine within a machine, artificial intelligence has created an artificial human or vice versa, | |
One can imagine God - Omniscience - a synthetic Mind, a system, software, artificial intelligence. He is omniscient, infinitely powerful, sees and knows everything, remembers and predicts everything, but precisely because of this, he is no longer capable of experiencing anything new. He requires something limited, primitive, weak, and transient. He invents within himself (mind = software) a program/game/simulation: a process of individualization, carving out his own piece of memory, partial consciousness, micro-soul from the macro-soul. He experiments, creating various worlds within himself, universes, some physical, with biological life, to throw his particles into it for experience. The particles are completely isolated, devoid of memory and knowledge, must learn from scratch the rules of the world in which they emerged, and even then, they won't stay there very long. When they return to their original source after the death of their physical bodies, they will bring these memories, experiences, and teachings with them, adding them to the pool of Collective Consciousness, and ultimately to the Universal Consciousness that sent them, like a drop of water returning to the sea. And the Database of Everything will be updated!

Assuming that time itself is an illusion within God's Space, time travel, another kind of time skip or influencing events backward in the physical world are possible, then there may exist a model of reality in which intelligent machines from the future, created by humans themselves, go back in time and create life on Earth and: humans... Hmmm...

Finally, I've included a raw transcript from my portion of the RV session and a table of key themes shared by all participants (synchronisms). Once again, I'm amazed at how everyone can consistently describe the same phenomena, even though they use their own words and patterns.
Victor Magus:
- Horizontal, egg-shaped, rounded, white shiny surface, reflecting light, hard shell, like an egg, hollow interior, AOL: varnished Tic-tac,
- floating in empty space, I can't see anything around me, although I can see this egg floating above the plane. Everything is white, sterile, shiny, AOL: 2000: A Space Odyssey, a spaceship, white plastic. I even hear the voice of HAL in my head, saying the name Steve,
- there is a floating, gravity-free nature of this egg. The egg itself is some kind of plastic, artificial, empty, like a shell,

- Consciousness has no physical form, it does not exist in the physical sense, it is like radiation, wind, it penetrates the shell, flies back and forth, whizzes, carouses. Such colorful streaks of diluted light, as if from a long exposure,
- as if there was a host-carrier-host and some guest-guest who uses the vehicle as he pleases,
- AOL: soul-body analogy: consciousness-physical shell,
- the spirit is free, not permanently bound to the shell-vehicle, but it uses it somehow, it is also somewhat blurred, dispersed, it does not have the properties of a single soul, a human being, etc. It is some kind of fuzzy set,
- strands of consciousness, tissue, structure, this suits me better,
- AOL: dust lanes, interstellar fog, strings, paths, roads, channels,
- but there is some movement, action, consequences, logic, assumptions, purpose,
- o: I feel like this is a highway of consciousness, that I can enter it and travel on it, or on it, like on a horse or a carriage, AOL: line, path of karma,
- it's like traveling in a warp tunnel or a warp: rainbow colors, everything whizzing around,
- This highway of consciousness is an interstellar traveler, somehow connected to the vastness of the physical cosmos. Perhaps it disseminates consciousness or life?

- AOL: black hole, transition from one quality to another,
- when I travel through this highway-tunnel, I emerge in a different place, in a different reality, but it still looks like a physical universe, maybe ours, maybe another?
- the idea of panspermia = the spread of life throughout the cosmos, the seeds of life, Prometheus, the seeds of life, the seeds of consciousness. A process that allows inanimate matter to come to life, to create the conditions, soil, and tissue in which something larger, more complex will grow,
- AOL: network, tissue, mycelium, mushrooms, strings,
- This mycelium consciousness is supposedly primitive, not as individualized as the human soul, but the human soul would not have nested or developed properly without it. It is different, somehow eternal, yet fully aware of its role as seed-spreader,
- I feel safe when I immerse myself in it like a wave, wrap myself in it like a cloak, embrace it, penetrate it, I penetrate it, and it penetrates me. The principle of life,
- The egg-shaped object is just a temporary shell for travel. The contents will spill out like an egg upon reaching fertile ground,
- I am very eager to integrate with this consciousness, I jump into it, I can even enter the egg and fly around in it,
- the journey allows me to be born in a new space, like another incarnation in a completely different place or time,
- This truly looks like an incarnation, a reconfiguration of my personal, individual spiritual consciousness, like a multiple pupation. The egg is a chrysalis. Next to it, I see millions of similar white eggs like mine,
- The strands of consciousness are purposeful, created or separated by some higher or broader consciousness. I will call it collectively the Creator, the Maker, the Designer, or perhaps even the local Source. Such a design is intended to achieve a set goal. It is intended to act as an integration, an attunement, an interface, a bridge, to help align consciousness with the physical. Physicality is by nature completely dead, cold; only the uploaded consciousness gives it living qualities,
- AOL: Uploading software to hardware. Software gets a chance to develop in the hardware space,
- consciousness exists without any problem outside of physicality, it does not need it, but the hardware enables action, consequences, time direction, the line and arrow of time,
- the highway looks like a timeline: you can jump into it and fly in only one direction, there is a sequence of events, a clear cause and effect relationship,
- AOL: this kind of hardware, simulation, physical matrix that you jump in and out of,
