The future of humanity among the stars and telepathic beings

I am presenting the results of the RV session entitled: "The future of humanity among the stars, in which it is capable of interstellar travel and settling many worlds."

Conclusions:

all participants correctly recognized that the session was about the future,
we observe 2 races: a local, human one, very technologically advanced, like from the SF movies Star Trek, Stargate, and another, distant one, actively using telepathy and perhaps (time)space teleportation,
this advanced race from the future has positive intentions towards other races in the present, including humans, and is able to influence them. They have some significant connection with our development. I see them as beings with elongated skulls, who have probably appeared on Earth already in the form of gods, teachers or builders. I call them Sowers of Life.
we wonder if this race evolved from humans to some extent, or is completely separate. The temporal paradox may be that our descendants are also our creators 😱,
during telepathic travel I connect with one of them, we enter each other's bodies and observe the surroundings. These beings have such natural abilities, I am just learning to "hook up".

At the end of the article I add a transcript from the "excavations": I found descriptions of identical beings with 3 fingers at one session from over a year ago! The subject of the session is the "mythical Elohim", whom I then compare to the Anunnaki and perceive quite negatively, meanwhile, in addition to them, these telepathic, tall, thin, 3-fingered beings appear and turn out to be their total opposite. I quote: "it would be great to have them as teachers, a total change, only benefits, what a relief it would be".

A wide view, as if from above and far away on the surface of a planet, e.g. Earth. As if I were looking at continents, lands, but I don't see human activity, they are empty, austere.	A bit like a bird's eye view, night, but you can see the lights below as if it were a peephole into another reality. As if I was watching from the clouds.
Above the surface of the sphere, the lines intersect, cross, like flight paths, they are dense and frequent, it resembles a geometric grid, a coordinate grid or other regular lines of force of the field. Along these lines I feel movement at very high speed, almost like particles, comparable to the speed of light.	A grid, like a molecule with atoms connected by an invisible metal.	Transformation of the universe/world, change of energy, spiral warp of time.
Elongated rectangles, cylinders, various geometric shapes, with clearly marked edges, do not even have to be very streamlined, unlike current airplanes. As if their movement did not require overcoming air resistance or they do not rely on the lift of wings. AOL: antigravity drive, an ion field that repels air. Entering and exiting the atmosphere does not cause thermal effects. Even Star Wars fits. Future World?	Like some kind of metal box resembling a coffin, welded shut, a box floating in space with important artifacts inside. Like it was made of lead to stop radiation, like they wanted to send something somewhere.	A pipe, a barrack, a tunnel, a cylindrical object, It emanates energy, it comes out of it like wings. I focus, is it Earth, but the answer comes: a space-time object. It reminds me of some object in the sky. It is cylindrical with holes and has a canopy and a drive. The object has the shape of an antenna, but I associate it with a Star Wars fighter.
Far in the future there are these thin beings with elongated skulls, they live very long, they are as if responsible for life. Designers, Sowers of Life, one race that occurs in many places and times.	People from the future, as if the knowledge that humanity currently has, was a small fraction of the knowledge that they have. They want well for these worlds, as if they had an idea that these worlds are slowly developing and need time for this and they give them this time and provide it. As if they ultimately wanted these worlds to equal them someday.	Arcturians, connection to Earth changes, gateway to space. Cat races and some federation. 1000 years ahead, as if humanity is thriving, gravity lifts. Focusing on subjects in the future: subjects are as if alive, but in a different form.
I can fly into such a being and become it, I see these arms and hands as mine. This is natural for them, which is quite new and unusual for me, they live a bit like controlling an avatar, except that we are both conscious. We can control other consciousnesses in another (time)space with our consciousness, without being physically present there.	They pass on knowledge to them, but in an invisible way, material goods, a bit like teleportation. It's all about intellectual development, so that these worlds can match them.
At any moment I can make the jump and mentally appear in a completely different place and then again I mix my form with another being on another planet. Some beings lose their consciousness after the merger and some do not, it depends on their development.	As if they were peacefully - in their opinion - arriving on these worlds, and the natives perceived them as intruders, but quickly came to terms with them. The level of intelligence of the inhabitants of these worlds was so much lower that what they saw in this higher civilization was a shock to them and caused fear. But they quickly noticed that they meant well.
It's super cool to hook up like that, they like it, I like it too. I don't feel like it's happening without the consent of the "host" or avatar. They can live anywhere, it doesn't matter to them, because they travel to any places anyway.	Higher intelligence, however, which did not want to fight physically and began to support the comprehensive development of these worlds.	Positive transformations, positive transformations of energy. Leaders of the interplanetary federation, leaders of strong races are getting along, reaching an agreement. Cats (Urmah), Taygetans, Arcturians - such 3 associations. Interplanetary peace.

if there is a planet underneath, then this layer floats above the planet, like the troposphere or other parts of the atmosphere. It is like a thin dome, I can fly into it, move above it and below it,
this narrow plane shimmers with different colors, pulsates, a bit like the aurora borealis, but horizontally. AOL: such a force field around a planet from SF movies,
this field is like a highway for vehicles, AOL: as rectangular as the shuttles in Star Trek or the ancient vehicles in Stargate. Technology very recognizable to humans, typically human, e.g. in 200 or 300 years,
elongated rectangles, cylinders, various geometric shapes, with clearly marked edges, do not even have to be very streamlined, unlike current airplanes. another scenery: a group of luminous points, I do not see a solid form, they are like orbs, forming a round shape, a circle of points, a ring. In the fog you can only see the light of the ring breaking through,
each object is supposedly separate and can move separately, but they are synchronized, can connect, play together and work together. AOL: it resembles controlled drones that someone controls and choreographs so that from a distance it looks different than it really is,
up close I can't see anything, the objects are small, they don't have a clear physical form, like orbs. I still see lights in the fog, they focus, fly down and scatter to the sides,
as for the orbs, the entities controlling them are tall, thin, have long hands, 3 fingers, narrow elongated heads. I've seen them a few times, such as from the Atacama Desert, Andes, Peru,
these luminous balls are like cameras, drones: they collect data, images, information,
far in the future there are still these thin creatures with elongated skulls, they live very long,
are as if responsible for life. Designers, Sowers of Life, one race that exists in many places and times,

I don't see any metal, rather houses carved in the rock,
the balls fly, whistle, leave light trails, streaks,
at any moment I can make a jump and mentally appear in a completely different place and then again I mix my form with another being on another planet. Some beings lose their consciousness after the connection and some do not, it depends on their development,
these creatures have such natural abilities, I'm just learning how to hook up, it's quite rare on our Earth,
it's super cool to hook up like that, they like it, I like it too. I don't feel like it's happening without the consent of the "carrier" or avatar,
they can live anywhere, it doesn't matter to them because they travel to any place anyway,
the planet resembles Tatooine from Star Wars, rocks, ravines, one color sand-orange, like Morocco,
I don't feel this liquid water, maybe they don't need it at all? Or they have different biochemistry. It's not important to anyone,
they form groups, clusters, maybe families, but not as numerous as our million-strong cities. Unless I ended up in the countryside 😆,
I have to go back to Earth for a session, I say goodbye, we promise each other that we will meet again and connect,

Session #2:

Topic: "The mythical Elohim described in the holy scriptures (e.g. the Hebrew Bible) in the present contemporary time, do they still exist, are alive and, if so, what do they do?". Instead of Elohim, I spend more time on the second race, so I guess I like them more 😊.

repetitive, cyclical, progresses over time but has repetitive identical elements. Series of events, silence, series of events, silence, repetitive. AOL: civilization resets,
colorful, fragrant, flowery plants, unearthly views, the colors are vivid, overwhelming, like not our plants, but e.g. from 500 million years ago in the Cambrian period or from another planet. Sweet, sickly, honey scents of these flowers, scenery like from the Star Wars flower planet, tall colorful plants. A feeling of rich biological life, vegetation, bloom, richness of forms. Warm, bright, pleasant, noisy, loud from insects, from life,
colored stripes in the blue sky, other celestial bodies, AOL: The Chronicles of Riddick movie, another planet,
entities, humanoid beings, tall, narrow, thin, long fingers, 3 fingers on a hand,

AOL: from the movie City of a Thousand Planets, they play with balls, and these balls are separate universes,
Their world is full of colors, delight and happiness. The creatures are curious, they spend their time exploring, learning, developing. For now I see them on my home world,
there is something like a tunnel, I am not sure if it is a plant or an object, I see such a horizontal cylinder. The form is still in the shape of a 2D flower, but it is still a cylinder in the 3rd dimension 3D,

I have the impression that the beings are aware of other planets and other life. I need to determine if they are using technology or some kind of consciousness travel,
on the home planet I see only biological forms, zero technology, unless the technology is symbiotic and indistinguishable from biology. And there is that characteristic flower tunnel.

I don't see technological travel, and certainly not in metal spaceships, i.e. more of a mental journey, but still through some kind of tunnel/Stargate, transferring consciousness to another location in space,
a representative of a civilization that travels widely in space, knows about it, is completely peaceful, and has purely cognitive goals,
AOL: Viracocha, a teacher, a positive mentor, he cares about the development of his protégés, e.g. people on Earth,
I do not perceive here the stereotypical features of the Anunnaki, i.e., competition, fighting, power, domination. These beings have their higher purpose, they do not stoop to mundane fights, they care about the development of others, not about conquest,
if they met the Anunnaki on Earth, they would fly away because they don't fit in. Such Pleiadians (blue), perhaps felt a little benevolent or dismissive, but strong enough that no Anunnaki race will do anything to them, are completely safe,
maybe their power comes not from metal technology, but from another, e.g. wielding these tunnels to travel through space and/or time,
they have knowledge that goes beyond our time horizons, centuries old, almost eternal from our point of view, they have seen many planets, civilizations, ups and downs,
AOL: the race of the Ancients from Stargate movie, the creators of the Star gate,
knowledge that serves the development of a greater whole, not just a single planet or race, as if the entire Universe would benefit from it,
from this perspective, people are a cancer, a virus, a dangerous aggressive disease, although we only harm ourselves and one planet and life on it,
the beings have an educational and developmental mission, they support gentle development, now unfortunately they do not fit here,
there are interactions of beings with other cosmic races, "cold", technical races do not have common points with them. Aggressive races can easily take over "power" on Earth or have already done so, and those beings will simply "fly away", remove themselves into the shadow, disappear,
AOL: The Anunnaki are like the Goa'uld from Stargate,
Humans are now closer to the Anunnaki, maybe we are "made" in their "look and feel" physical and mental? Animalistic, emotional, like other primates?
